The Carriage came but the Laser did not. Their customer service made it right very quickly. The Manufacturer of them item was at fault for not including it in the package. I received the Laser the next Business Day. Excellent Customer Service and Great Prices.

Don't know if that has made the difference but I found the staff to be helpful and knowledgeable. Our quilt guild met there recently-April 11, 2016 and everyone was pleased with store and service, good prices, etc. I think they will have a lot of new customers. Give them a try, I think you will have a positive experience.
