I will never go to this place again and don't recommend shopping here at all. Unforeseen circumstances happened and I couldn't get my money back, understood I signed a contract, but I wasn't even allowed a store credit which is poor customer service. I would've happily taken a piece of jewelry, shoe, or something. Then the attitude of the employee I spoke with was very nasty as hell and she was very biggety. I wish I could hit like and respond to some of these brides cause the workers are nasty, However Cassie is a nice worker.

Absolutely love Rachel! She has been a huge help since I began my wedding planning journey along with the other staff. They have all gone above and beyond and treated me and my bridesmaids like queens! So glad I chose to come here!
