  It all started when I called to inquire about some factory integration pieces for my 2015 Tundra. Brenda answered the phone and talked to me for about 15 minutes, answering all my questions. The answers she didn't know, she put me on hold for a moment and contacted the sales rep for JL to get me the answer. Everything else she knew off the top of her head. I went in about a week later and was helped promptly and professionally. I'm a DIY'er and the staff took the time to answer all of my questions. Their prices are competitive and the products they sell are high quality (I ended up with some Focal products). I strongly recommend their predicts and services.
