  They are so sad at this location. If you close at 9p.m the doors should still be old at 8:30p.m. If your closing time is 9p.m. it should be exactly 9p.m. that's just one strike on customer service. Both of the registers are never open,they always have one person at the register and line long ass hell. Always have boxes and pallets in the way....Most if the time they give out garbage bags because they have no bags. They are the family door who just can't seem to pull up your clipped coupons on your device. Overall they just suck and need new management & need new employees(.) I'll be calling corporate soon enough(. (.

  I had been searching every where for a stuffed bunny rabbit for my little brother who is turning 4 and only asked for a new bunny. I know it's not Easter and I had been having a hard time finding one. I was at this store for other items when I came upon a medium sized stuffed blue bunny. Aside from a little dirt on its nose, it was perfect. I take it to the cash register where the cashier REFUSES to sell it to me due to it being a "discontinued item". If it was discontinued then it shouldn't have been on the shelf. I understand mistakes but Easter was 5 months ago!! They should have let me have the bunny. It's not like I wasn't willing to pay for it. Even explained what the bunny was for. Cashier had zero empathy and still refused. Was borderline rude about it. Will not be going back to this family dollar.
