  If i could give this store zero stars, believe me I would. We have a group of construction workers who normally on a regular basis go to Lowe's to buy material for a job we have down in Baton Rouge. Our company issues PO's to our subs and we always do phone sale. Every single time I request for a copy of a receipt to be sent to my email, THEY NEVER send copies. Also, the times I have called back again to request a second copy, they say the will send me one and the never do. This particular time the lady stated she would send me a copy, she said she would stay on the phone with me until I received the copy, which 1. she did not stay on the phone with me and 2. When I was placed on hold, a second lady picked up the phone and said "how can I help you" and as soon as I told her I was on hold to get a copy of the receipt, she IMMEDIATELY hung up the phone on mid sentence. Everyone I've ever been on the phone with have been absolutely rude!!!
