  Great customer service! Great low prices! Was shopping for a guest queen bed set and ended up buying a king set also. Geaux see Gerard Blanchard he will take great care of you and show you many options! Thanks again Gerard we will be back to see you in the future!

  Upon arrival we were greeted quickly by the patient, kind, and communicative Gerard. He gave us ample time to lay on almost every bed in the store (many more than once), and encouraged us to try out the remotes for the adjustable bases. His knowledge on foam differentiation, mattress protection, and even cooling technology was impressive. Gerard was not pushy whatsoever and was extremely personable, even laughing at my pun, "We might need to SLEEP on it!" We ended up purchasing both a new hybrid mattress with adjustable base and will definitely return to this Mattress Firm (and Gerard) to upgrade the other mattresses in our home in the near future. Excellent experience (and rapid delivery!)
