They were happy to swap out the simm card and transfer all my contacts and data to the new phone for me. They were very friendly and helpful. I was there for quite some time as it took a while to do the data transfer (lots of pictures) and witnessed them assist many different customers. They were very courteous and helpful, offering a multitude of options depending on their uses and needs. All in all, they were very professional.
