  The guy, Warren, who was helping us was great. The problem was the girl working, believe her name was Sam. When we walked in she was on the phone and yelled at Warren to greet us. She stayed on the phone the entire time we were there, which from the sound of it, it was a personal conversation. She was extremely rude to us and Warren. Eventually I got fed up with the way she was acting and told Warren "sorry you have to work with her." At that point she began arguing with myself and my fiancé. We apologized to Warren, but had to cancel our purchases and leave because of the childish like actions of this very unprofessional associate. Again, Warren was very nice and helpful, I wish we could have given him our business.
