  I switched from AT&T, and the guys here helped me out big time. I saved over $400 a month. Great service. Incredibly helpful. I would recommend to anyone. PS- the actual cell phone service is even better quality than what I got from AT&T.

  Upon trying to start service with T-Mobile they did not currently have hotspots to sell at this location or within a 50 mile radius but did sell the "service" to me quickly, assuring me I could connect through an old unlocked tablet. After 10 hours with great customer (over-the-phone)service they told me, not only can we cannot connect your tablet but are unable to currently create your account at this time due to a problem on their end. I sighed and went back to the store for a refund but they refused to do so. I called customer service and the clearly said "Yes, by all notes on the account, you, are eligible for a refund" but this store still refused to give one. T-Mobile customer service stated that I should ask for the "corporate headquarter's address that manages this branch, employee first name or employee number" but they refused to provide any of this information. They also refused to allow me any means of customer resolution, even with the maximum effort of kindness and minimum tone that I could provide. I left my number for the store manager to call with the employees that refused to even provide me with basic information. If you would prefer a minimum level of customer service, inventory on hand and a refund policy that is honorable, avoid this location. Now I get to enjoy the process of filing a complaint with the BBB, T-Mobile customer service relations and other means to warn others of this location. Should this matter be resolved, this will be updated. This also has nothing to do with the wireless service that T-Mobile provides but I cannot comment on that since I was unable to try it...

  I always end up waiting here. But the staff is awesome. I wish they would have nore seating though. I did not enjoy my half hour stand the last time I was there.
