This store is very clean and organized. However, the manager, Brandon, is completely oblivious to what's going on with the company and other phone related issues. So if you have technical issues or questions about the company, you are better off calling customer care (611) unless you can find John there! I was very fortunate to end up having John assist me there. He is extremely knowledgeable and offers top-notch service! He went well beyond my expectations and ended up taking care of all my needs while resolving all of my issues.
