  Very bad service from an old lady.I was trying to ask a question about an item and didn't know she was with or in between conversations with the other customers.She turned very unhappy right a away and said 'Do you know I am still talking to someone ' I thought It was my bad and just said ok .After a while I decided to buy the item and I saw the lady walked into the cashier counter area and were not talking at all.I walked up and said 'I wanna buy that thing'She turned even more impatient and unhappy and replied'Do you know I am still with them' How did I know she was still with someone.I turned very disappointed and walked out .Even if she was with someone ，she should have politely refused me and said she would help me later. That is not the way to do business.Sorry never be back again.I Just bought a noodle machine yesterday and bought stuff from this store every now and then before.Sorry forever bye to the store.Hope the manager can see this post .A bad salesperson will really ruin the business.

  Great experience with polite, knowledgeable staff. Went the extra mile to answer my questions and ensure I had the best price possible. Staff not on commission so no hard sales tactics. They wanted to know what we were looking for and met our needs and considerations.
